This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies we use on zxai.ai, who receives the data they generate, and how you can control them. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
What cookies are.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, web beacons, and SDKs. Some are set by us (first-party). Others are set by services we use (third-party).
The categories we use.
Strictly necessary. Required to make the site work. These include the cookie that remembers your consent choice, plus first-party cookies from Cloudflare for security, bot detection, and request routing. They are always on.
Analytics and advertising. Help us understand how visitors find and use the site, and let us measure ad performance. These only load if you accept them in our banner. You can change your mind at any time using the Manage cookies button below or in the footer.
Sub-processors and recipients.
Today, the following parties may receive personal information when you visit the site:

We may add or change recipients. We will update this page before any new vendor receives personal data from the site.
Your choices.
- Banner. On your first visit you will see a banner letting you accept or decline non-essential cookies.
- Manage cookies. Re-open the banner at any time using the button below or the link in the footer.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out and do not load advertising or analytics trackers. No banner is shown.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may break parts of the site.
- Industry opt-outs. Digital Advertising Alliance, Network Advertising Initiative, Your Online Choices (EU).
Do Not Sell or Share.
California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. ZxAI, LLC does not sell personal information for money. We do disclose limited identifiers to Meta for ad measurement and audience matching, which California law treats as "sharing." To opt out:
- Decline non-essential cookies in our banner.
- Send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share."
Changes.
We will update this Cookie Policy as our cookie usage changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
