Who we are.

ZxAI is an AI agency operated from Dallas / Fort Worth, United States. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit zxai.ai or submit a Bottleneck Audit, how we use it, and how to exercise your rights. Contact us at [email protected] for any privacy question.

What we collect.

• Audit submissions. When you complete the Bottleneck Audit form, we collect the name, email address, business category, team size, what you sell, who you sell to, optional website URL, and your answers to the ten audit questions. We also collect a hash of your IP address and your user agent string for abuse prevention.
• Cookies and analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand site usage. We use Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. These services place cookies in your browser. They collect IP address, browser, device, pages visited, and referring URLs.
• Communications. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.

How we use it.

• Run your audit and send back your written report.
• Reply to questions you send us.
• Improve the website and the audit framework.
• Measure marketing performance and decide where to invest.

We do not sell your data. We do not share audit submissions with third parties except the processors listed below.

Where the data lives.

• Cloudflare. Hosting, DNS, edge compute, and the D1 database that stores audit submissions.
• Resend. Transactional email. Audit notifications are delivered through Resend.
• Google. Tag Manager and Analytics for site measurement.
• Meta. Pixel for ad attribution.
• Calendly. Optional. If you choose to book a walkthrough, Calendly collects your booking details under their privacy policy.

Retention.

Audit submissions are kept while ZxAI operates so we can deliver the report and remember the engagement. Analytics data follows the retention defaults of each provider. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing [email protected].

Your rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. Email [email protected] with the request and we will respond within 30 days. We do not require a specific form.

Children.

ZxAI is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes.

We may update this policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
