Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 May 2026
These terms govern your use of zxai.ai and the Bottleneck Audit. By using the site or submitting an audit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who we are.
ZxAI is an AI agency operated from Dallas / Fort Worth, United States. We work with founder-led services firms with 5 to 50 seats. Contact: [email protected].
What we provide.
- Free Bottleneck Audit. You answer ten questions. We send back a written report. The audit and the report are free. We may use the anonymized findings to improve our framework and to publish case studies. We do not name your business in any public material without your written consent.
- Free Fix. If we offer a Free Fix and you accept, we will scope the work in writing before starting. The Free Fix is offered at our discretion while we build case studies. There is no obligation on either side until we both agree in writing.
- Paid implementation. Any work beyond the audit and the Free Fix is governed by a separate written engagement letter or statement of work. The terms below apply unless that document overrides them.
What you agree to.
- The information you submit in the audit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You will not use the site for unlawful activity, to send malware, or to abuse the audit form.
- You own or have the right to share any business information you give us.
- You will not resell or redistribute our written report without permission.
Intellectual property.
The site content, the audit framework, and any reports we deliver are the intellectual property of ZxAI. We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the audit report internally to make decisions about your business. You retain ownership of your own data and any work product we build for you under a paid engagement.
No professional advice.
The audit report is operational guidance, not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, healthcare provider, or licensed adviser. Use your own judgment and consult appropriate professionals before acting on any recommendation.
No warranties.
The site and the audit are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not promise specific results from following our recommendations. We do not warrant that the site will be available, error-free, or secure against every threat.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZxAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the audit. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification.
You agree to defend and hold ZxAI harmless against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes.
We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
